When to track visibility in AI assistants
Tracking compares observations over time against a documented starting point. It can help examine whether a confusion persists or which sources appear in responses. If the problem first needs investigation, start with a GEO audit.
What we prepare and compare
We define a question panel linked to your offers, the products to query, and language and market where the collection method supports them. Dates and collection conditions accompany the retained responses.
Brand mentions are distinguished from linked citations. A visit from an assistant is recorded only where audience data makes it observable. A citation does not establish that a reader clicked.
Context can affect a search, as ChatGPT’s documentation explains. Changes to the product or collection protocol are therefore recorded before results are compared.
What you receive
You receive dated observations, their references and an interpretation of the changes seen. The analysis distinguishes an isolated variation from a context change or a trend the evidence may support.
The deliverable also states what remains unknown. A limited question panel does not represent everything users ask, and an observed increase does not establish the effect of a website change by itself.
Scope of the engagement
The assistants, questions and collection frequency are agreed with you. We check which languages and markets the method actually covers before selecting the protocol. No universal score or future citation is guaranteed.
Define what you need to track. Measurement of Google and its AI search features belongs within the SEO scope.
