AI consulting

AI consulting for your whole team, not just a pilot.

We map how your team really works, find where AI pays off first, and put it into production with the people who'll use it. Then we hand over the training and playbooks that keep it running.

Why it stalls

Most AI projects die as pilots.

The demo works, the deck gets applause, and six months later nothing has changed. The technology rarely fails. What fails is getting it into the hands of the people doing the work, and keeping it there.

  • 01

    Pilots that never ship

A proof of concept that impresses in a meeting, then sits in a sandbox wired to nothing.

  • 02

    All deck, no software

A strategy deck and a maturity matrix, with no working software your team can open on Monday.

  • 03

    Tools nobody adopts

A licence everyone has and no one uses, because it was never built around how the work gets done.

How we work

Five steps from map to adoption.

One route for every engagement. We prove value on a single workflow before touching the rest, and we measure it before and after so the gain is yours to see.

  1. 01
    Map

    Map the work

We sit with your team and map the real processes: the decision points, the exceptions, and where the data lives. Each candidate gets ranked by payoff against effort.

    What you get

An honest read on where you stand, and the handful of workflows worth automating first.

  2. 02
    Prioritise

    Pick the first win

We turn the map into a sequenced plan, costed and scored by value, feasibility and speed. Then we agree on the one workflow we prove first.

    What you get

A prioritised roadmap and a business case for the first build, with a number to beat.

  3. 03
    Pilot

    Prove one workflow

We baseline the current time and cost, build the AI into that workflow, and run it on real work behind a guardrail. Go or no-go on the measured result.

    What you get

A working slice in production, and a before-and-after you can take to your board.

  4. 04
    Roll out

    Roll it out safely

Once it earns its place, we extend it to the next workflows inside your security boundary, with approvals, observability and cost control on every action.

    What you get

AI running across more of the team, monitored, and owned entirely by you.

  5. 05
    Enable

    Hand over the keys

We train the people who run it day to day, write the playbooks, and leave the prompts, evals and runbooks in your repos. You keep going without us.

    What you get

A team that can operate, extend and trust what we built.

What makes it stick

The model is the easy part.

Boston Consulting Group describes a 10-20-70 rule: about a tenth of the effort goes to the algorithm and a fifth to the data and tech around it. The rest, the clear majority, goes to people and process.

10% Algorithms

The model and the prompt. Necessary, and the smallest slice of the work.

20% Data & tech

The pipelines, tools and integrations that ground it in your systems.

70% People & process

Redesigning the workflow and earning the team's trust. Where projects are won or lost.

So we spend ours where the return is: adoption.

Deliverables

What you walk away with.

Everything we produce is yours, in your repos and your cloud, from day one.

Workflow & opportunity map

Your processes, decisions and data, with the wins ranked by payoff and effort.

Prioritised AI roadmap

Sequenced by value and effort, with cost, risk and a business case per initiative.

A workflow live in production

The first process automated inside your stack, measured before and after.

Playbooks & enablement

Training, prompts, evals and runbooks so your team keeps it running and extends it.

Built for European teams

Reliable, private, yours.

Reliability, privacy and cost control aren't add-ons. They're how we build from day one.

EU data residency

Hosted in the EU. Your data stays in your boundary; nothing trains external models.

GDPR by default

Data minimisation, retention controls and audit logs on every action.

You own everything

Code, prompts, evals and infrastructure live in your repos and your cloud. No lock-in.

Guardrails & approvals

Sensitive actions gated behind approval and rollback. Nothing ships unmonitored.

Questions? Answered.

Before you book.

We tried an AI pilot and nothing came of it. Why would this be different?

Because we don't stop at a pilot. We baseline one workflow, build the AI into it, and run it on live work with a measured before-and-after. If it doesn't beat the number we agreed, we don't roll it out. Nothing lives in a sandbox.

How long until we see something concrete?

It depends on the scope, so the timeline is written into the proposal before anything starts. First you get a mapped set of opportunities and a prioritised roadmap, then one workflow proven in production.

Do we need clean data or a data team first?

No. We start from the workflow itself and work with the systems you already have. We flag the few data gaps that block a result, so you skip the year of data-lake groundwork that stalls most programmes.

What do you need from us?

A point of contact who knows the workflow, access to the relevant systems when we reach that step, and a quick yes on the business case before we build. A few hours a week from the people closest to the work.

What happens to the team whose work gets automated?

The agent takes the repetitive part and the people move to the judgement calls and exceptions. We co-design the role changes with you from week one and train the team to run the system. The work shifts toward judgement, and the team stays.

What's left after you leave?

Everything. Code, prompts, evals and infrastructure sit in your repos and your cloud, with playbooks and runbooks to match. We stay on for support if you want it, retainer or ad-hoc, but the system runs without us.

Let's put AI to work.

Tell us the workflow that's eating your team's time. We'll tell you if it's buildable, on the first call.

30-min call → proposal. Fixed price or retainer. No commitment.
