When recurring observation is useful
An initial diagnosis may have identified a recurring error or sources worth monitoring. Tracking follows an agreed panel over time, at the collection frequency set in the proposal.
The panel does not represent every user in Luxembourg. An English question that names the country defines one scenario; it cannot stand in for all locations, languages and personal contexts.
Preserve the conditions of comparison
We retain the question wording, products used and collection conditions. Where the method supports a location setting, that setting is recorded alongside language and date. ChatGPT’s search documentation explains why location and personalisation can affect the context of a search.
English and French series are read separately before any comparison between them. A change of product or question panel is marked in the report so it is not mistaken for a change in brand visibility.
Receive observations you can interpret
The deliverable includes dated answers, cited sources and the changes observed. A brand mention without a link, a linked citation and a referral visit are different events. A visit is counted only where usable audience data supports that observation.
The analysis shows whether a confusion persists in the monitored scenarios and which references recur. It also identifies evidence too limited to support a trend. A change following a website correction does not, by itself, establish that the correction caused it.
Define the questions worth following
Bring the offers, brand names and buying questions that matter to your team. We agree on English and French coverage and the limits of the Luxembourg context before choosing the protocol.
Start with a GEO audit if the problem still needs diagnosis. Google Search performance, including its AI features, remains within the separate SEO scope.
