When a GEO audit is useful
The audit starts with a concrete question about how assistants represent your business. It may examine the description of an offer or confusion with another organisation. An absence from one observation does not establish an absence from every possible response.
What we check
We define the questions and products to examine, with available context such as language, market and collection conditions. Responses and their references are archived so the findings can be inspected.
Names, activities and other claims about the brand are compared with verifiable information. We distinguish errors on channels you control from information attributed to an external source. Context matters: ChatGPT documents its role in search.
What you receive
Each finding records its evidence, limitations and proposed action. A correction on your own channels may be implemented under the agreed access or prepared for your team. We cannot require an external publisher or an assistant to change its content.
The review helps you decide which actions to take. Verification stays tied to the agreed problem and question panel, without automatically attributing a changed response to a website correction.
Scope of the engagement
The audit covers the assistants and questions named in the proposal. It does not automatically include recurring monitoring: AI visibility tracking is a separate service.
Describe the confusion or presence you want examined. For Google results, including its AI search features, see the SEO audit.
