Establish whether the process is ready
A useful starting point has identifiable inputs, an expected action and an owner who can assess the result. If the process is still unclear, AI consulting helps choose the first use case before development.
Luxembourg’s multilingual working environment makes the language of the workflow relevant to testing. Passing English examples does not establish that French or mixed-language requests will behave in the same way.
Prepare the operating boundaries
Your team provides authorised examples and exceptions from the process. We agree on the information the agent can access, the actions it can perform and the decisions requiring human approval.
English and French test cases are evaluated separately. Requests in a language outside the agreed scope need an explicit handling rule, such as stopping an action or transferring the request to an identified person. Further language capability is not assumed from the model’s general capabilities.
Receive a workflow with visible limits
The deliverable connects the agent to the agreed process, with the required permissions and human handover conditions. Test results show the accepted cases and limitations still observed.
The accompanying documentation explains how to operate the workflow and respond to failures. Tool and hosting choices follow the data constraints agreed with your team. A Luxembourg business address alone does not establish that a particular technical configuration meets those requirements.
Prepare the first discussion
Describe one real task, its owner and the systems involved. Personal or confidential information requires agreed access and use rules before it enters testing.
Engagements are delivered in English and French. The proposal specifies integrations and acceptance criteria based on the process your team intends to delegate to the agent.
