When a workflow is ready for an agent
A request arrives, someone checks several systems, then another person approves the action. That sequence is a useful starting point when you can explain what counts as a correct outcome. Bring representative examples, including the cases your team usually has to resolve manually.
If you still need to choose the process, our AI consulting for France helps establish that decision before development.
What we prepare
We map the input to the action and identify which permissions each step needs. For a workflow involving French company records, we preserve the distinction between a company and its establishments when that distinction matters. The French business formalities portal explains SIREN and SIRET identifiers; a similar trading name alone should not decide which record an agent changes.
Your team supplies authorised sample data and names the person who can judge ambiguous cases. We define when the agent may proceed and when it must ask for review. French and English inputs are tested against the work they actually contain.
What you receive
The agreed build includes the workflow, its integration points and checks for the outcomes you have approved. The handover explains how to inspect an action and handle an exception. Test results identify unsuccessful cases as well as those that pass.
An example design is not evidence of savings. Any measurement starts from your existing process and the conditions agreed for the trial.
Scope of the engagement
Development and handover are available in English and French. Access rights, deployment responsibilities and any requirements concerning personal data are established for the project. We do not assume that every tool or dataset is suitable.
Describe the workflow, or review the general AI agent service before choosing the scope.
