AI agents · Belgium

AI agents for the work your team handles in Belgium.

We build agents around a defined business process, with access and actions agreed before deployment. For teams working across languages, the handover matters as much as the answer: someone must own the exceptions and approve what the agent can do.

When a process is ready for an agent

A useful starting point is a recurring task with identifiable inputs and an outcome your team can check. That might be preparing a support reply from approved documents or checking a record before it reaches another team.

In Belgium, specify the languages used at each step. An English internal workflow can still receive French documents. A process involving Dutch needs its own review resources; we do not treat an English test as validation in another language.

What we prepare with your team

Bring examples of ordinary cases and exceptions, together with the systems involved. We define the information the agent can read, the actions it may propose or execute, and the person who receives an unresolved case.

Record identity also needs care. Belgium’s Crossroads Bank for Enterprises distinguishes entities from establishment units. If your workflow uses those records, that distinction belongs in the data model. Public Search is not a source for unrestricted automated collection.

What the delivery includes

The proposal identifies the agent to build and its connections. Delivery includes the agreed workflow, checks using representative examples and instructions for handling exceptions. Test results state which actions still require approval.

Your team can review failed cases as well as successful ones before deciding whether to extend the agent’s permissions.

Define the first workflow

We work with you in English and French. Integrations, operating responsibilities and support are agreed for the project. If the process is still unclear, start with AI consulting for Belgium.
