When several ideas need a decision
A list of possible uses does not tell an organisation which one to fund or who will own it. Consulting is useful when teams propose different priorities, a trial has no agreed success criteria, or a process depends on information held elsewhere.
For an organisation working across Belgian regions or languages, we identify the teams involved before defining a shared workflow. Their responsibilities may differ even when they use the same software.
What we examine
We review the current process with its owner: inputs, decisions, exceptions and the people affected. Your team provides examples and explains where information can be accessed. The discussion also covers who can approve a change and who can stop an unsuitable trial.
Digital Wallonia’s AI programme distinguishes identifying use cases from testing feasibility. For your team, this helps clarify whether the next deliverable should support a decision or test a working process.
What you receive
The deliverable explains the options considered and the proposed starting point. It records dependencies, responsibilities and criteria for evaluating a trial. Where evidence is missing, the next step identifies what must be checked before a build can be scoped.
If different teams supply examples and validate outputs, the plan names both roles. This makes disagreement visible before a system starts acting on their behalf.
Agree the work to take forward
Consulting is delivered in English and French. The proposal defines the decisions and deliverables; implementation and operational support are scoped explicitly.
Describe the decision your team is facing. For a process already selected, see AI agent development for Belgium and our wider AI consulting service.
