The CNIL’s guidance for small businesses using generative AI provides a French reference for questions about use and data. We use those questions to clarify the project; a consultation does not itself certify compliance.
What you receive
The deliverable compares the candidate workflows and explains the proposed starting point. It identifies the dependencies that could prevent a trial, together with the decisions your team needs to take.
For the selected workflow, we define a result to assess and the conditions for accepting or stopping the test. Ownership and handover requirements belong in that brief, so the team knows what would be needed after a successful trial. AI agent development for France can follow when the scope calls for it.
Scope of the engagement
Workshops and deliverables are available in English and French. Implementation is specified separately from the initial decision work. Your team confirms the available data and the person responsible for the trial before a build is proposed.
