When a version becomes difficult to reach
A rebuild can leave links pointing to an old directory. A language selector may return users to a homepage even when an equivalent page exists. A redirect between a .be and .fr domain may remove access to a destination the business still needs.
These situations need URL-level checks. We start from the diagnosed issue and the intended page mapping; if the cause is unknown, an SEO audit for Belgium establishes it first.
What we check and change
Checks cover HTTP responses, redirects and internal links, together with canonicals and crawler instructions. For language versions, we also examine whether visitors can choose the corresponding page without an automatic redirect overriding that choice.
Google recommends separate accessible language URLs. On JavaScript sites, crawling, rendering and indexing are different stages. We therefore compare the received HTML with the rendered content where the problem warrants it.
What the implementation delivers
You receive implemented changes under the agreed access, or tickets that identify the affected URL and expected behaviour. Verification covers the corrected route and its linked versions, so fixing one destination does not leave another unexamined.
The record separates deployment checks from Google’s subsequent processing. Pending indexed-version checks remain visible. Removing a barrier does not guarantee a position in search results.
Agree the affected components
The proposal defines the pages, systems and implementation access. We deliver in English and French; content validation in another language requires a designated reviewer within the project.
Send the URLs and the technical issue. Our technical SEO service describes the delivery method, while international SEO for Belgium addresses the wider page structure.
