What we check and prepare
Bring the affected URLs and any mapping from a previous migration. We distinguish pages for the national offer from pages that describe real establishments. A useful destination should not disappear simply because several location pages share a template.
Checks cover the HTTP response and links to the page, then its canonical and the resources needed to read the content. Google documents crawling, rendering and indexing as separate stages. That distinction matters when a browser displays information that is not present in the initial response.
For English and French versions, we also check that navigation or automatic language handling does not hide a useful URL.
